Professional Irrigation Services

Irrigation Design

Though separate from landscape design, irrigation design occurs prior to and dependent upon future landscape needs expressed in the client-directed landscape plan.  Storms Landscaping Service, Inc.’s irrigation design provides the necessary zone and spray coverage according to the needs expressed by the client and reflected in the landscape plan. Xeriscape, drip, pop-up or rotor design decisions occur in consultation with the client.

Irrigation Plan

Irrigation plans are mapped by zones for adequate watering of specific areas according to the landscape materials in that zone.  Storms Landscaping Service, Inc. provides design plans to the designated governmental entity or HOA as required for permitting purposes.

Irrigation Installation

Often, the first step includes sleeving the driveway, which can occur very early in the process for new construction. For new construction, irrigation installation occurs after the final site grade. Installation requires digging the trenches for the piping, connecting to the water supply with a proper backflow device, utilizing valves, wiring, heads, rotors, drip, valve boxes, rain gauges, and timers. Storms Landscaping Service, Inc. is properly licensed and insured for all phases of irrigation projects.

Irrigation Renovation

Irrigation renovation requires a site visit.  During the troubleshooting visit, the entire irrigation system is turned on to determine available coverage and precipitation rates.  According to the virtues presented, the irrigation system will be renovated to adjust for proper coverage and functionality.

Irrigation Repair

Storms Landscaping Service, Inc. provides repair services to broken lines, broken heads and rotors, split or chopped drip lines.  In addition, lightning often causes damage to equipment such as rain gauges, solenoids and timers.  Storms Landscaping Service, Inc. also provides faulty wire location and troubleshooting.
